I arrived in Austin today to start celebrating Catherine's birthday! Her birthday is not really until Wednesday, but I thought it would be fun to come up and visit her the weekend before. To help celebrate, she decided to bake some Guinness and Irish Cream cupcakes with a recipe she found from a website called smittenkitchen.com. Go and take a look at the recipe and if you get a chance try them out, they are some of the most delicious cupcakes I have ever had!
