Day 35 - D is for Duncan YoYo

Yeah, its a stretch for the letter D, but hey it works! Thanks to Thomas for being my model on this one.

Day 34 - C is for Catan

Someone just got their space blocked! Well, this might be the nerdiest picture thus far, but it does go along with my theme for today. Just a simple photograph of the board game Catan that I have sitting under my bed. Enjoy!

January in Review

Here it is, just a few days after my first month in Project 365 and I wanted to do a wrap up of all my thoughts.

My favorite image of the month is probably Ol Shoes taken on the 4th. It was such a simple idea and it worked so well that it became one of my most popular of the month. Based on flickr hits alone, the crowd favorite was Morning Ice taken on the 11th. Personally that is one that I do not care for very much. It was more of a spur of the moment photograph and if more time would have been given, I know it could have been better.

My least favorite of this month was taken on the 8th (Cold Friday). The composition of the shot was not very well done and I think I could have been more creative with the way this shot was done. Until next time!

Day 32 - Acoustic

Well, today is the start of a new month and for me a new challenge. Throughout the month of February I will try to take pictures of objects using each letter from the alphabet. Today, of course, I start with the letter A and as the month goes on I will continue in alphabetical order.

Day 28 - Workin' Hard

Well, I was finally able to get a self portrait that I actually didn't dislike to much. This school semester is officially in full swing and it has already been brutal. Hopefully the next few months will go by quickly and I will make it through in one piece.

Again because of busyness/laziness I have not been updating here as often as I like. So go by my flickr to see the days in between.

Day 24 - Clones

A quick Photoshop picture today that was taken while over at TJs watching some NFL playoffs. It is three shots that I merged together to clone us as well as display the TV better. This is the first of many clone style pictures I plan on doing, so expect more as I find the time and locations to do them.

I have also been really lazy posting here at blogspot, but I assure you that I have been following through on flickr. Go by and check ou tthe days I might have missed here at the blog.

Day 21 - Old School Hobby

Remember back in the days when your hobbies consisted of saving your pennies to buy that pack of baseball cards? If only photography was as cheap of a hobby as that.

Three weeks have passed and many photos have been taken. Some that are good and others that I feel could be better if I had taken the time. At the end of the month I am going to find my favorite and least favorite and post them to my blog. There was an obvious favorite by hits, but my favorite was not this one.
